At Laurence Pilates I teach Pilates mat, it is a type of Pilates that is done on a mat and helps to strengthen the muscles and increase flexibility. In addition, its continuous practice helps to improve our ability to concentrate and calm the mind.
Small classes
My classes are small. With a maximum of five people per class so it is possible to offer personalized attention to each of the attendees.
I adapt the intensity and the exercises to each group depending on the needs and the age.

You will practice an intense pilates focused on releasing energy at the same time that will help you on a daily basis to improve concentration and physical performance

Pilates helps to achieve a better adaptation of the body to the hormonal changes of pregnancy. I adapt the exercises to the trimester and the needs of your pregnancy.
